- Open, Configurable Workspaces – To foster and support collaboration and knowledge-sharing among SolutionsIQ’s cross-functional teams, wide open spaces have been created in place of offices and cubicles.
- Movable, Pair Programming Workstations – To optimize communication and productivity, SolutionsIQ has installed movable walls and customized pair programming stations for all developers, allowing self-organizing teams to collaborate and rapidly adjust their desk configurations. By moving their desks, project teams are able to embrace change and maximize their productivity.
- Automated Test Framework – When developing Web applications, cross-functional teams need real-time feedback from an executable set of tests that capture the requirements. SolutionsIQ uses an automated test framework called StoryTestIQ (STIQ) for the creation of automated acceptance tests, or "story tests." STIQ is an open-source project built on a foundation of Selenium and FitNesse.
- Scrum Project Management Tools and Dashboards – SolutionsIQ manages releases and product backlogs using a Scrum project management process. To enhance collaboration between product teams and customers while improving visibility, we use a remotely accessible, secure, real-time updated Agile project management system. Customers are able to stay informed on project progress and involved in project evolution.

We can bring you quickly up to speed with an integrated package of source-code management, continuous integration, virtualization, unit and story test tools, distribution management, quality assurance, and Agile project management.
- Continuous Integration – Using Agile practices, our teams create software that is integrated for testing and ready for release at all times. With automated testing fired off by each build quick feedback is provided on each update to the product. Integration issues are fixed immediately, instead of at the end of the release cycle, thereby increasing productivity. Throughout our Advanced Development Center, LCD monitors display the latest build and test results, ensuring quick action on any problems that arise.
