Join with Scrum community members at the wonderful GangPlank HQ in Phoenix as we explore the potential of Scrum beyond the realm of software development. This two-day Open Space event, facilitated by Suzanne Daigle will be an interactive, chaotic collaboration between passionate individuals seeking to transform the world of work. Come and discover the true potential of Scrum alongside those brave souls who are daring to venture out of the traditional patterns of work, and push the boundaries of safety. This event will be a cross-learning experience, a sharing of both experience and new ideas. You will hear success stories (and failure stories), trials and tribulations, growing pains and quantum leaps; you will get to create new ideas and plans of action together with like-minded colleagues. Attendees will be able to carry forward the learning and experience gathered over the two days, and successfully implement Scrum in many different contexts.
